Diced 'Tartar' melon with Ham and mint
200g CINCO JOTAS Iberian ham slices
500g Melon
1 Bunch of mint
20g Fennel
Salt (to taste)
Mix of peppers (to taste)
Grill the melon in quarters and store in a cool place. Dice the melon in small pieces and mix with the fennel and mint. Season to taste.
Place the mixture in a mold together with mint leaves and slices of Cinco Jotas Iberian ham.
