Broad bean salad with dices of Ham
100g of CINCO JOTAS Iberian ham
150g Broad beans
Oregano (to taste)
Olive oil (to taste)
80g Roncal cheese
Salt (to taste)
Blanch the beans and set aside.
Cut the cheese into cubes the same size as the diced ham.
Remove pits from the olives and cut into small irregular pieces.
Finely, chop the oregano and remove the leaves from the mint sprigs.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.
Serve the broad bean salad with a touch of salt and lime zest.
